We require support for our client who is living in Gillingham, Dorset.

What is required from you?
* A minimum of 12 months on your right to work.
* You must hold a valid UK Driver's Licence and have access to your own car.
* At least 12 months experience in Support Work with people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
* You will be allocated to work in one of our services with the flexibility to work in any other services when this is required, or when you choose to do additional hours. This is a great opportunity to meet other team members and the people we support to expand your knowledge and potential.

Supporting – activities of daily living including social activities, personal care, routines, planning and preparation of meals, and budgeting.
Communicating – effectively communicating using people’s chosen methods.
Engaging – promoting and motivating people we support to enhance their quality of life.
Specialising – supporting people who may need positive behavioural support approaches.
Recording – keeping accurate records and reporting changes in health or circumstances of service users to management.
Team player – working as part of a team, as well as being able to work using your own initiative.
