What this role is all about:
Enterprise is designed to empower our people to deliver strategic initiatives within customer-centric journeys. This exciting role will form part of a cross-functional team who is accountable for the end-to-end digital experience in the member Plan Servicing and Claims (MSC) journey.
As product manager, you will be responsible for executing a comprehensive product roadmap and backlog stretching multiple capabilities and working with multiple scrum teams. You will work collaboratively with business stakeholders and technology development teams to curate backlog items, craft user stories and define acceptance criteria that deliver the business benefit and value of each product. You will play a key part in ensuring what is developed meets the required customer and business expectations and helps to achieve the overall journeys vision.
