We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Assistant to join our France Product team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimising our resources and enhancing our product offerings to ensure they meet the highest standards. Salary: £26,500 Responsibilities: Supporting the administrative tasks of the product team, such as adding and loading rates, publishing special offers, writing descriptions etc Liaising with property owners, suppliers and agents with queries and issues regarding property listings, contracts and terms and conditions. Develop an understanding of CRM, Salesforce, chat GPT and OT booking system Adding/updating properties on our website (content, prices, availability) Ensuring web content and documentation provided to our clients is accurate. Utilising Chat GPT and creatively writing new and existing product copy. Liaising with property owners, suppliers and agents regarding minor queries and issues about property listings and terms and conditions. Creating and updating reports and spreadsheets using Excel and Salesforce Assisting with the teams ad hoc projects and tasks Act as the initial point of contact for all phone calls to the product team.
