Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced IT services sales manager, with a strong focus on account-to-account payments systems, to grow Aspire's project and annuity payments business in Banking & Financial Services (BFS) across Europe from the UK.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling offshore and nearshore IT services to banks and payments services providers (mostly Tiers 2 to 5).
This person will be responsible for:
1. Identifying opportunities and managing the sales cycle.
2. Positioning Finastra's Payments-to-Go product to win new clients and expand into other areas of Aspire's service portfolio.
3. Owning the addressable market, selecting and presenting propositions, and creating messaging.
4. Being the functional manager for one or more offshore-based members of the business development staff.
5. Speaking at events and organizing Aspire's events on themes related to change in the payments industry.
6. Managing Aspire's relationship with Finastra Payments.
