How you’ll make a difference
This role acts as a technical service SME as part of the team which owns the technical integration of defined services and provides second level support and deputises for the Senior Service Operations Manager. The role provides the link between business delivery and the technical solutions which underpin them, ensuring technology and business operations collaboration reflects the business rhythm and technology readiness.
What you’ll bring
* Ability to engage with and contribute to the work of cross functional teams to ensure deliverables meet customer/TSB needs.
* Ability to facilitate collaboration between stakeholders.
* Ability to use discretion in identifying and responding to complex issues and determine when issues should be escalated.
* Ability to influence customers, suppliers and colleagues.
* Ability to take initiative to advance own skills and identify and manage development opportunities in area of responsibility.
* Ability to engage and coordinate with SMEs to resolve complex issues as they relate to customer/TSB requirements.
