Active Care Group has over 25 years of specialist experience in providing high-quality complex care for people in their own homes taking into account not just their clinical needs but the whole person, including their personal, social and emotional needs. Our packages of care are tailored to fit with each persons care needs, preferences and lifestyle.We also pride ourselves on the fact our care extends beyond the individual to their wider family and friends, as we understand the wider impact complex conditions can have.
