Job overview
An opportunity has arisen to come and work on ward 310 which specialises in neurology, stroke and general medical patients.
We are currently seeking to recruit several registered nurses who are enthusiastic and committed to join our existing team in delivering high quality, compassionate care, and support to our patients.
Main duties of the job
1. The post holder will maintain a high standard of patient focused care.
2. Provide assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care for patients, ensuring accurate written records are kept.
3. To work according to the NMC Code of Professional Standards of Practice and relevant professional guidelines, and be accountable for their own professional actions.
4. The post holder must achieve and maintain competence in identified, mandatory, and statutory training.
5. Develop and maintain clinical competencies, skills and knowledge which relate to the area of clinical practice.
