The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar role i.e.: minicab environment (minimum 2 years) Requirements: Computer Literate in Word & Excel Excellent spoken and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills Experience using booking system Good Punctuality Dispatching the bookings to suitable drivers Managing the bookings and drivers. Taking bookings from customers in an efficient, accurate, friendly and timely manner. Providing Excellent Customer Service, dealing with clients & colleagues in a professional and courteous manner. Make sure all jobs are risk assessed, mapped and timed Hours of work: Monday-Friday 11.00-19.00 Salary £28k-£32k dependent on experience Holiday pay 30 days including bank holidays
