About This Role As a Marine Service Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our service operations, providing installation, commissioning, repair, and servicing of emissions monitoring systems aboard ocean-going ships and shipyards across the globe. If you’re looking to make an impact in a challenging yet rewarding role, this is the opportunity for you What We’re Looking For Background in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, with experience in fault-finding and working with PLC and PC-based software environments. Ability to work independently and handle on-ship service and repairs, ensuring first-time fixes and liaising with the service coordination team for spare parts. Ideally, you’ll have a technical understanding of the marine emissions monitoring industry, but full system training will be provided. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the business and customers. Ability to devise and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance. Strong administrative and organizational skills, including the ability to manage your schedule, prepare reports, and maintain customer relationships. Engineering qualification required. The role requires physical fitness, as tasks on ships can be physically demanding. Willingness to travel globally, including Europe, U.S., Middle East, South America, Caribbean, and the Far East. Fluency in English, both spoken and written. A full driving license is required, and the right to live and work in the U.K. is essential
