Precast concrete plant team members are responsible for performing a variety of tasks and duties in a safe and productive manner to produce precast concrete products in accordance with quality standards.
Responsibilities
* Prepares precast forms for manufacturing concrete products.
* Prepares molds for stripping by opening or removing forms from hardened concrete.
* Clean, prepare and set up molds for use as required in production.
* Fabricate reinforcement cages.
* Place and secure reinforcement in various precast concrete forms.
* Layout and secure embeds, knockouts, etc.
* Place and finish concrete into various precast forms.

Other Duties
* Housekeeping – maintain a clean work area.
* Expected to maintain knowledge of precast plant techniques and procedures.
* Delegate tasks as deemed necessary.
* Understanding of hand tools, mechanical skills are a plus.
Physical Demands
* Ability to stand, bend, stretch, reach, kneel, crawl, etc.
* Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time throughout work shift.
* Must be able to work with heights up to 10 feet.
* Ability to lift and carry 50lbs.
