Welder Fabricator and Machinist Calne Salary Dependent on Experience Our client are looking for an experienced/ time served multi-skilled engineer, someone who has experienced as a Welder Fabricator and Machinist. They are a well-established independent company which provide specialist machinery to the agricultural and construction industries Welder Fabricator and Machinist Roles and Responsibilities: Weld to a BS EN 9606-1, BS EN 9606–2 standard using MIG, and TIG Set and operate lathes and Mills Work from engineering drawings to create components to tight tolerances, completing in process and final inspection of machined/ welded parts Operate a range of hand, power and workshop tools including but not limited to: Press Brakes, Saws, Drills and Grinders Inspecting own work and others to technical documents The ideal Welder Fabricator and Machinist will: Be able to read and work from engineering drawings Be experienced in welding processes and procedures MIG Be able to use electrical or manual hand and power tools NVQ Level 3 or be a time served engineer Current or previous professional certification (e.g. BS EN 9606-11 BS EN 9606) (Desirable) Have worked within a Quality Management System (Desirable) Forklift Licence (Desirable) Jackie Kerr Recruitment is an independent agency that has been established for 27 years.
