About the Role: As an Associate Product Owner, you’ll be right at the heart of making our internal products better for everyone. You’ll gather ideas, work with teams across the business, and collaborate with our developers to turn those ideas into real solutions. No prior experience is required — just a desire to learn. You’ll receive full support, including mentorship and training to work towards a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) qualification. What you’ll do In this role, you’ll work with various teams to understand their needs and develop ideas to improve our systems. Collaborating with the development team in an Agile environment, with a focus on Salesforce, you’ll create and prioritize the product backlog to tackle the most important tasks first. You’ll assist in planning new features or fixes and ensure alignment among the team. Additionally, you’ll keep stakeholders informed and manage their expectations. There will be plenty of opportunities to learn from more experienced Product Owners, and to take on more responsibility as you grow into the role.
