Job Type: Full time Permanent About the Role: We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Scheduling to join our fast-paced team. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient scheduling of jobs, appointments, and resources while meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and NPS ( Net promoted score) The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure while delivering excellent service to both clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and coordinate jobs, appointments, and workforce allocations to approx.17 engineers Ensure all scheduling activities align with business KPIs, including efficiency, response times, and customer satisfaction. Monitor and manage real-time changes, cancellations, and urgent scheduling requests. Communicate effectively with engineers, field staff, or service teams to ensure smooth job execution. Track and report on KPI performance, identifying areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records using scheduling software and internal systems. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve scheduling conflicts. Work closely with management to optimise resource allocation and improve efficiency. Adhere to company policies and industry regulations to maintain compliance. Key Requirements: Proven experience in a scheduling, coordination, or workforce planning role. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while meeting strict KPIs. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to manage last-minute changes efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with teams and clients effectively. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in scheduling tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and scheduling software. Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads effectively.
