Breakfast Chef position available in a luxury hotel in Truro. As Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality breakfasts and support the team with food preparation whilst overseeing the morning trade within the kitchen. Main Duties: Prepare fresh ingredients Cook food and prepare food in a timely manner Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly Maintain Health, Safety, Food & Hygiene standards throughout the kitchen Liaise with Head Chef to ensure the smooth execution of day to day processes Support other sections within the brigade as necessary Working hours are 5.30am - 2.30pm, 5 days per week The ideal candidate for Breakfast Chef Previous experience as Breakfast Chef Experience working in a fast-paced environment Benefits: Competitive salary Uniform and meals on duty Discounts across the hotel group Company pension
