The Company
gunnercooke llp was launched in Manchester in 2010. Since then, it has grown to a firm of over 450 solicitors, including 360+ Partners. The firm has offices throughout the UK, Germany, and New York and has a presence in multiple jurisdictions.
The firm’s innovative ‘revenue share’ model has helped to reshape the way that the law is practiced in the UK. Each Partner runs his or her own practice within the firm. This quasi-autonomous structure provides Partners with the freedom to work only with the clients they truly want to work with, charging fees that are commercially viable for both the Partner and the client.
David Merson and Liz Roberts head up a successful Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Finance team within the gunnercooke llp firm. In a rapidly expanding company, their practice is amongst the most meteoric in growth - both Liz and David are well-respected and well-known throughout the company.
