Role Description: As a Salesforce B2B Commerce Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising our Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, develop technical strategies, and ensure successful delivery of scalable and robust commerce solutions. Your expertise will help us leverage the full potential of Salesforce B2B Commerce to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions. Develop scalable and robust technical solutions that align with business objectives. Ensure best practices and standards are followed in all solution designs. Implementation and Development: Oversee the implementation of Salesforce B2B Commerce projects. Work with developers to build and customise components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Integrate Salesforce B2B Commerce with other systems and third-party applications. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality standards are maintained. Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features, and ensure they are leveraged effectively. Business Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Participate in strategic planning and roadmap discussions. Provide technical expertise during sales and pre-sales engagements. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimise the performance of Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions. Identify and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks. Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users. Share knowledge and mentor junior team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Extensive experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce (CloudCraze) and Salesforce platform. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration patterns. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs. Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs. Proven track record of leading Salesforce B2B Commerce implementations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified B2B Commerce Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly desirable. Preferred Skills: Experience with other Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
