We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team. Working within different sections of the kitchen, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the food we serve meets our 5-star standards.
What you will be doing:
* Preparing guest and staff food in different sections within the kitchen
* Following all food safety and hygiene procedures and regulations
* Training and monitoring junior staff in food preparation
* Contributing to a collaborative, positive kitchen environment
Is this role right for me?
We’re looking for individuals with:
* Previous experience in a similar role in a main kitchen
* NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent (Level 3 is desirable)
* Experience across different sections of the kitchen
* Good written and spoken English, a flexible attitude, and a passion for food
* Creativity and enthusiasm, with a love for working as part of a team
