We are delighted to be working with a well-established company to recruit an additional sales-focused individual. You will be driven to produce quality leads and sales leading to viewings.
You will be the first point of contact introducing our clients' services to potential customers with the aim of setting up viewing appointments. At this stage, an internal team takes over the diary and negotiations.
You will have a large database of companies to call. This role will also include researching those companies and contacting them using LinkedIn. This is more about building relationships over the longer term than a call center role. You will be hardworking and a self-starter.

Responsibilities of the Telesales Executive:
* Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone
* Creating productive outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
* Accurate notes and input to the CRM
* Develop and sustain relationships with potential customers
* Meeting weekly and monthly targets set by the Marketing Director
* Develop an in-depth understanding of the products and services
The successful telesales executive will:
* Have good customer service skills both verbal and written
* Have superb communication skills
* Be a good relationship builder
* Have strong IT skills with the ability to use an internal CRM system and O365
* Take pride in your appearance
* Have the ability to multitask
