As an Assistant Team Manager for Adults' Health and Care, you'll provide person centred, safe and secure services through the enactment of social care legislation and local government requirements, informed by professional training. Your role will include supporting the manager with the day to day running of the team including case allocation, supporting and advising the team when managing complex cases, managing staffing levels and rotas and offering regular supervision with staff. You'll also represent the organisation in multidisciplinary meetings, support with safeguarding decisions and manage the triage and onward care functions.
