Site Admin with Document Controller Experience- CEMAR and A-Site Experience This company, a leading build/civil engineering contractor, require a Site Admin/Document Controller to be based out of their Sheffield Office. An opportunity to become part of a truly first-rate company and play an integral role in producing technical documentation packs that will form a critical part of the project quality and handover process. 6 month fixed contract The Document Controller Responsibilities: Controlling the flow of documents in and out of the department and document Transmittals. Site Admin duties Prepare transmittals and distribute all documents and correspondence and maintain the logs. Providing management tools such as Status Report/Input Audit Reports to the Project Director, Construction Manager and Quality Manager. Ensuring that all documentation is stored in accordance with the QA System. Collating material certification and matching to purchase orders. Liaising with material and equipment suppliers to obtain missing certification. Collating all required documentation and compiling a complete technical O&M manual in line with the QA procedure. Inclusive of material certification, equipment manuals, pressure testing documentation, technical drawings. Collating documentation to satisfy the UKCA marking & 3rd Party insurance review processes. Supporting the project team with validation documentation and compilation of Project Sign-Off documentation. Understanding and complying with industry regulatory documentation requirements i.e. GMP Pharmaceutical documentation requirements. The successful candidate: Previously worked in a process construction or civil engineering industry is essential. A high degree of computer literacy including advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite- especially MS Excel and Word., as well as CEMAR and A-Site Full driving license 2 years' experience in document management, archive management, or records management (preferable) Familiarity with quality management systems.
