The Post As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe, secure, and nurturing home for young people. You'll support their individual needs and promote a caring environment where respect, dignity, privacy, independence, and choice are at the forefront of service delivery. The Person We are looking for someone who is: Passionate about working with young people and understands the challenges they may face. A strong communicator, able to build rapport and trust with young people and colleagues. Experienced in working with children or young people in a care setting (desirable but not essential). Flexible and committed to supporting young people through evening, weekend, waking night and sleep-in shifts. Curious, courageous, and kind in your approach to working with children, their families, carers, and colleagues.
