This organisation is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Order Processor to join their sales team. Key Responsibilities Ensure customer satisfaction by accurately processing orders, advising on product suitability, and identifying buying patterns and sales opportunities. Build strong customer relationships to maintain business and identify growth opportunities, including re-engaging with lapsed or prospective clients. Handle a high volume of inbound calls and email inquiries, providing excellent service aligned with company values. Create quotations, manage pricing inquiries, and follow up on leads and quotes. Assist with sales activity administration and proactively seek new business opportunities. Respond to customer complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction and resolution. Maintain accurate records of inquiries and pricing to support efficient decision-making. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in an office-based sales or administrative role is essential. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). A confident approach to working with numbers, such as pricing and quantities. A minimum of 5 GCSEs (A-C), including English and Maths. A positive, proactive attitude, with excellent attention to detail and pride in your work.
