We are looking for a dynamic and strategic person to join our team. In this role, you would be working at the heart of our business with colleagues across the branch network. You’ll develop and lead the company sales strategy to drive performance across our branch network to ensure APG achieves the budget and profitability to attract new customers, retain existing customers and form good relationships with key influencers and third-party service providers. You will do this through leadership responsibility for Regional Sales Directors, coaching and overseeing their performance.

Key Responsibilities of the role:
* To report to the Managing Director
* To directly manage Regional Sales Directors
* Develop and coach the Regional Management team
* To work collaboratively alongside other heads of departments and work across teams - including L&D, Compliance, Marketing, IT, People, Finance and Andrews Service Centre
* Collaborate with members of the Marketing team to penetrate key markets
* To define the approach for new business and customer retention, developing a comprehensive operational Sales plan to implement Andrews Property Group strategy and maximize opportunities
* Develop the policies and processes that reflect the Andrews Property Group’s goals, working with the Compliance team to ensure legal requirements, Code of Practice standards and internal procedures are adhered to
* Foster relationships with new partners to achieve desired revenue streams
* Work within the parameters of the budget along with understanding and monitoring the P&Ls and review any underperformance with the relevant party
* Outline objectives in key target areas such as sales volume, market share, profit margins to guide promotions and sponsorships
* Be aware of industry trends, market and competitors' activities, and serve as a business representative at major industry events, conferences or trade shows
* Recommend changes in pricing structures for our services and products if and when required
* Assist in the development of the sales plan - Prepares forecasts and KRA’s reporting for use in Group planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning
* To review costs and staff levels, balanced against productivity and operational efficiency

The Successful Candidate will have:
* A strong track record in Estate Agency is essential and a healthy understanding of Lettings is preferable
* Good understanding of market demand, customer behaviour and team psychology
* Strong people management skills with an ability to coach and motivate
* Proven experience of managing senior teams/departments
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a proactive self-starter attitude to drive performance
* An understanding of budgeting, forecasting and assessing performance and P&L’s
