As a Temporary Staff Service employees will be engaged for work assignments during times of absence or to assist with change in demands and priorities within Units. The job profile outlines the various activities and duties that may be undertaken during a placement with the Temporary Staff Service. The duties and activities outlined are not exhaustive and you may be required to undertake one or more of these. This is what we need you to do Maintain Service Area levels by undertaking duties and responsibilities as required in a customer-focused manner and meet identified deadlines To provide general and complete administrative support including dealing with telephone enquiries, diary management, filing, sorting and distributing post and other such duties as required Answer routine enquiries from service users, and internal and external customers, and ensure that enquiries are responded to professionally and relayed accurately and timely to relevant persons To input data as required entering and maintaining timely data in computerised and manual format To undertake other such duties as commensurate with the Grade and nature of the post To provide support with financial matters including SAP shopping, petty cash and accurate recording of purchases for budget monitoring purposes To use a range of IT packages appropriate to the task required.
