Your responsibilities
* To respond to customer repair call outs as required in a timely, professional & friendly manner.
* To complete the Planned Preventative maintenance of Olympus Infection Prevention equipment at customer premises.
* To support with the Installation of any Infection Prevention equipment at customer premises nationwide.
* To carry out water validation on the Infection Prevention equipment at the customer premises nationwide.
* To follow documented controlled procedures to undertake all works and report works accurately using the company’s service management system.
* To ensure that the company vehicle is maintained.
* To cover technical support using Augmented Reality whilst on call.
* Work closely with the customers AED on site through the validation testing.
Minimum Requirements
* HNC in electronics preferred or equivalent experience – Essential.
* Previous experience of HTM-01-06 guidelines - Desirable.
* Previous experience of performing in a technical field service team - Desirable.
* Possess an aptitude for knowledge in the field of Electro Medical devices - Desirable.
* Must have Bio Medical Equipment experience - Desirable.
* Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills.
* Ability to present information in a structured and balanced way.
* Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Willing to travel and occasionally work unsocial hours.
