12 Month Fixed Term Contract
The role of Performance and Data Analyst will be responsible for:
Collate statistical data to produce weekly/monthly reports for the senior leadership team.
Support the Senior Performance and Reporting Analyst with collating monthly executive performance reports for the Business Intelligence department and build knowledge of KPIs and Intelligence systems.
Monitor trends in data and escalate any areas of concern and suggest improvements in service, data administration, integrity/quality and strategy.
Support the creation and maintenance of a real time KPI dashboard which helps identify and improve performance against key financial, operational and strategic targets and provides assurance to key stakeholders such as the Executive and Board regarding statutory compliance obligations.
Use visualisation tools (such as PowerBI, Semarchy) to create illustrative interpretations of compliance data for easy understanding. Effectively use the given Microsoft Suite to present and share reports were required.
Perform ETL (Extract, transform, load) actions using various coding languages on given asset and housing databases as well as data warehouses to produce insightful reports for various levels of seniority within the organisation.
Collaborate with IT to enhance the data warehouse to better function with compliance data.
Use data asset systems to support the Senior Performance and Reporting Analyst with forecasting monthly demand across all workstreams and adhere to compliance regulation, financial and operational reporting needs of key internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed:
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and sustain positive working relationships with key stakeholders and deliver a highly regarded service.
Good planning and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and an analytical approach to work.
Educated to degree level or equivalent.
Demonstrable knowledge of SQL, VBA, Dax, M and Powershell.
Good working knowledge of all MS Office Products.
Experience of dealing with large data sets and knowledge of defining and creating reporting Dashboards.
Experience of Asset Management, Housing Management or other CAFM systems. Experience of Northgate, True Compliance and/or RiskBase would be desirable.
