We’re seeking a dedicated Sales & Marketing Executive to generate and qualify high-quality leads while supporting marketing initiatives that drive our business goals.
In this newly created role, reporting to the Trade Marketing Leader, you’ll be a vital part of our team, combining sales acumen with creative marketing skills to help us achieve our ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification & CRM Management
* Proactively contact inbound leads via phone to ask qualifying questions, assess their needs, and determine their suitability for our solutions.
* Build rapport with potential clients and facilitate a smooth handover to the sales team.
* Accurately record and update lead information in the CRM system.
* Work closely with our CRM lead to cleanse and segment data for targeted campaigns.
* Collaborate with sales to identify prospects to build the new business pipeline.
Content Creation & Marketing Support
* Maintain and develop supplier brand point-of-sale materials and marketing assets.
* Create and share content on installations with the group marketing team for use on social media and company news channels.
* Produce engaging client newsletters to build relationships, promote new products, and highlight services.
* Manage and expand our library of client case studies.
Campaign & Event Management
* Support the Trade Marketing Leader in organising and promoting events for clients and new business prospects
* Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
* Support on lead generation digital marketing campaigns where appropriate.
KPI Reporting & Analysis
* Track, analyse, and report on KPIs across all marketing channels, presenting insights and actionable recommendations to senior management.
* Create and manage a KPI dashboard for regular reporting.
Requirements
This role is ideal for someone currently in a sales role looking to develop their marketing expertise—or a marketer seeking a more sales-focused position.
* Proven experience in a fast-paced B2B business.
* Communication Skills: Confident and comfortable making calls to leads, with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Technical Skills: Experience using CRM systems and email software preferred (training will be provided). Knowledge of email automation is a plus but not required.
* Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, with strong attention to detail.
* Team Player: Collaborative, proactive, and eager to contribute to team success.
