* Policy administration (receive, check, refer, ad hoc duties, off-platform renewal processes)
* Policy administration/negotiation in relation to commercial and personal lines policies.
* General inquiries and office administration
* Handling of business report (policy screenings, cancellations, new business)
* Management of personnel
Qualifications:
* Grade 12 with at least 5 years of experience in short term insurance (preferably in underwriting)
* Experience in personal and commercial lines.
* RE5
* CPD must be up to date
* Must have full FSCA accreditation
* The ability to work alone and as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English (both verbal and written)
* The ability to work under pressure
