SUMMARY OF ROLE:
To take turnkey projects from ITT stage through to launch to projects team, completing all necessary bid information and being the key coordinator for stakeholders working on the project.
KEY DUTIES:
1. Review incoming tenders
2. Design Programme Contract Documents Employers Requirements
3. Attend meetings with the client and lead communication flow with consultants, keeping the business advised. Provide Site Survey Report for estimators to cost
4. Identify conflicts in the Employers Requirements
5. Identify Risks and Manage Proposed remedy
6. Review Tender Quality Submission Requirements
7. Ensure preconstruction bid adherences to Health, Safety and Wellbeing inductions, policies and procedures.
8. Work with consultants to develop plans for a draft scheme in line with framework/feasibility expectations and the budget. Identify key risks and abnormal and drive a strategy to mitigate these or design these out during Draft CPs
9. Progress all surveys required to develop a risk adverse design.
10. Work with clients to develop and define proposal throughout the Pre-Construction Stages of projects.
11. Lead the Pre-Construction delivery of projects, producing the required deliverables including budget, time constraints and quality requirements.
12. Develop the design draft in coordination with the technical department and full Contractors Proposals produced for the client.

14. Issue and Prepare (pre-contract only):
15. Construction Phase Plan, Method Statement, Pre-Contract Lifting Plan, Logistics Plan, Transport Schedule, Programme, Risk Register
16. Risk owner and responsibility for keeping the risk register up to date.
17. Arrange and advise in all design team meetings, chair all consultant meetings.
18. Implement the preparation and maintenance of Project Reports including programme, quality and cost.
19. Support in all phases of the project and respond to all matters that may affect the client’s objective.
20. Host weekly/monthly departmental meetings as and when requested by divisional lead.
21. Support in ongoing project reviews, change control up until Launch to construction.
22. Preconstruction work/projects as delegated by divisional lead.
