If this sounds like the place for you, we'd love to hear from you About the Role Your focus as a Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Other responsibilities will include: Assisting residents with personal hygiene care while ensuring their independence, dignity, and respect. Recognising and understanding clinical risk areas in residents, such as weight loss, pressure sores, and risks of falls, and escalating any identified risks timely. Acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting each resident's dignity and individuality. Practicing safe systems of work across a range of tasks. Experience is not required, as we offer a thorough induction and training programme to ensure confidence in your role. Our ideal candidate must: Have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Demonstrate initiative and respect towards residents and others in the home. Be an efficient worker who can carry out reasonable instructions from other team members. Be adaptable and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
