They are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor on a 12-month FTC basis to join their friendly, supportive and motivating team!Your new roleAs a member of the people team, you will play a key role in maintaining a healthy, happy and well-informed workforce by supporting the Head of People to deliver a high quality HR Support service across the organisation. In doing this you will provide guidance on people-related matters, use IT and HR systems effectively and deliver professional HR advice.Main Duties:
1. Supporting Manager in operating the HR policy framework Recruitment & Selection, grievances, disciplinary, managing absence and managing capability.
2. Contributing to the development of HR Systems (Cascade) and processes to ensure maximum efficiency
3. Producing HR reports
4. Provide leadership support to the recruitment coordinator and HR administrator
5. Contributing to HR projects
