We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join our well-established Trusts & Estates Team in our Northampton office. Depending on experience, you will be managing existing clients & building on the client base already established in the area, via networking and business development.
The role will be to manage your own caseload of Trusts & Estate matters as well as assisting more Senior Solicitors with their caseloads and supervising trainees when necessary.

Key Responsibilities of this role:
1. Estate & Trust Administration
2. Wills & Lasting Powers of Attorney
3. Drafting of estate & trust accounts
4. Using online research services & a case management system
5. Attending clients in the office, or visiting them at hospital or place of residence
Additional requirements of this role:
1. Previous experience, ideally 2 or 3 years in a busy Trusts & Estates environment is essential
2. Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to work, with the ability to adhere to strict deadlines;
3. Professional and attentive telephone manner, coupled with strong interpersonal skills;
4. Capability to handle pressure and effectively prioritize tasks whilst managing a demanding workload.
Employment Type: Full-Time, Office-Based.
