Our client is a Main car dealership based in Hastings who are looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join their existing team.
you will be working in a friendly, stable environment. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be a key-member of the team.
Package of £22,000 – £23,000
Vehicle Sales Administrator Role:
1. Complete taxation forms in respect of applications and refunds, raising cheques for sign off as required
2. Ensure that all sales from stock are withdrawn from stock records and that necessary actions are taken to ensure vehicle adoption and payment for new vehicles
3. Locate sold orders not in stock and order or arrange necessary transfer and payment, in line with commitment to customer notifying sales person of any anticipated shortfalls
4. Process all requests for vehicles to be transferred out ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete, vehicles removed from stock lists and any necessary payments received
5. Monitor the receipt of vehicle deliveries to ensure that they are in line with orders made and vehicle details are added to vehicle stock records
6. Prepare general correspondence as requested
As a Vehicle Sales Administrator You:
7. You will need to be highly organised, flexible in your approach and able to prioritise your workload
8. Excellent computer skills
9. Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal
10. Previous experience of working as a Vehicle Sales Administrator is essential
