Working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with 30 minute lunch break. The role Assisting the Managers with their duties Monitoring and ordering stationery, staff uniform and other office equipment Updating and monitoring excel spreadsheets & word documents Producing schedules and updating diaries Dealing with ad-hoc administration and tasks Supporting the team with smooth running of the daily workload The individual we are looking for will have… A personable nature and friendly demeanour Existing administration experience Strong organisational skills High levels of accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency in Word and Excel Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a busy environment Proactive work approach and can-do attitude Ability to problem solve and creatively think outside the box What’s in it for me?
