Job Opportunity: Executive Assistant / Office Manager
Location: City of London
Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 (dependent on experience)
IDEX are representing a dynamic and growing W&I Insurance Underwriter who are looking to hire an executive assistant to their leading London office.
They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support the underwriting team across a wide variety of operational and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Insurer-Facing Tasks:
* Preparation and checking of bordereaux (Excel-based documents)
* Assisting in the preparation of presentations (PowerPoint)
2. Financial Workstreams:
* Invoicing and data capture
* Liaising with external accountants to assist in preparing internal accounts and budgets
3. Compliance Workstreams:
* Coordinating with external compliance partners
4. Broker Workstreams:
* Amending and returning standard form documents
* Managing administrative workstreams and policy documentation
5. Internal Administrative Tasks:
* Data capture and system management for new and existing projects
6. Team Support & Office Management:
* Diary planning and scheduling for the team
* Event management and client entertainment
* General office management duties
Who We're Looking For:
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in an Executive Assistant / Office Manager role is beneficial
* Prior experience in the MGA, W&I insurance, or wider insurance space is a plus but not required – full training will be provided
