Why Scottish Autism?
Our Autism Practitioners work with a commitment to our values of Collaboration, Compassion, Change Making, and Contribution. Whether you're experienced or new to social care, you'll receive extensive training, support, and opportunities to grow your skills.
As an Autism Practitioner, you will work across Housing Support & Outreach services to:
1. Develop personalised support plans and build positive relationships.
2. Support individuals in making choices, exploring interests, and to live independently.
3. Partner with families and healthcare professionals to focus on each individual’s goals.
Some activities the people we support enjoy:
· Swimming,
· Visiting the lifestyle centre,
· Going out for meals and to local coffee shops,
· Long, scenic walks,
· Attending seasonal events.
What We Offer:
4. Join a progressive organisation and develop within a supportive team environment.
5. Connect with inspiring individuals, each with unique interests, skills, and talents.
6. Thrive in a rewarding role backed by a comprehensive benefits package, covering health and wellbeing, continuous learning, and financial perks—something for everyone.
