WMG is one of the largest academic departments at the University of Warwick, providing research, education and knowledge transfer in engineering, manufacturing and technology. We currently have a great opportunity for a Research Degrees Co-ordinator to join our very busy office, to provide administrative support to a range of activities across our programmes, as well as providing support to both prospective and current students, and staff, in the processes concerning student and programme administration. We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis, even where a position is advertised as full-time, unless there are operational or other objective reasons why it is not possible to do so. About You You will need to have experience of providing administration support, preferably in an HE environment, as well as having provided a high level of customer service within a similar setting. You will also need to have organised and managed events. Knowledge of UKVI regulations relating to overseas student admissions and registration would be useful, along with experience of working within an international environment.
