Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out general maintenance and repair work on buildings and facilities.

* Perform inspections and routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and premises are in good condition.

* Ensure the smooth running of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

* Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly.

* Adhere to all health and safety regulations while on-site.

* Keep maintenance records up to date.

Requirements:

1. Valid CSCS Card(required for this role).

2. Previous experience in a maintenance role, ideally within a commercial or industrial environment.

3. Good knowledge of general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
