Collaborate with statutory and community partners to enhance children's experiences and outcomes. Resolve admission referrals disputes, ensuring congruence with residents' needs. Implement and assess systems for monitoring and improving service quality, including analysis of feedback, complaints, and inspections. Develop and present service development reports, highlighting progression against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Promote staff welfare through compliance with health, safety, and working regulations. Provide expert management oversight, advising on interventions and risk management to meet the diverse needs of residents effectively.
