Join us on a 12 Month FTC as a CMS Executive, where you will manage and optimise our digital content, ensuring it aligns with our health engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities: Upload and manage high-quality wellness content, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Perform content audits to maintain up-to-date articles, programs, and challenges. Collaborate with content and development teams to resolve CMS-related issues. Test and review content across apps, identifying and fixing quality issues. Optimise content delivery for B2B segments and tenancies. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials in Confluence. Liaise with CMS providers to implement system improvements. Proactively suggest enhancements to streamline workflows. Location: Based in London, this is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in the office 2 days per week. The Person A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, Health, Psychology, or Communication). Alternatively, previous experience in a related role within digital health or technology. Extensive experience in a CMS or digital content role. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence. Experience in QA testing and technical documentation. Familiarity with digital engagement tools and platforms in health tech.
