Overview
We are looking for the right person to join our established and experienced Skins department at Dunbia Jaspers. The role will involve ensuring sheep skins are sorted and preserved for further processing through chilling, salting, and weighing. You may also be required to assist with loading lorries for dispatch. No previous experience necessary; however, a good work ethic and strong attendance record are a must.
Core hours are Monday to Friday, 7 am - 4 pm, but some flexibility will be required.
Responsibilities
* Follow and be aware of the departmental Standard Operating Procedures; training will be provided to ensure you are fully up to date with all the current SOPs.
* Maintain the fast-paced environment in line with production needs.
* Work with the manager and team to achieve the department targets.
* Promote and maintain Health, Safety, and Hygiene standards in accordance with company rules and regulations.
