We are currently seeking an Account Manager who will focus on maximising revenue from our existing client base. In this pivotal role, you will identify upselling opportunities and work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs while introducing them to additional Commify products and services that can elevate their experience. Requirements Proactive, outbound, phone-based contact to existing Commify customers and upsell/cross sell our messaging solutions Value-based selling by understanding the true value of our products and solutions Meeting and exceeding monthly sales key performance indicators such as number of daily customer contacts, number of converted customer conversations and number of closed sales Exceeding productivity measures such as calls and time spent talking to customers per day.
