Job summary We are looking for a Senior Leader with experience in operational management and experience of working in Children and Young People's Services to join our Care Service Leadership Team. The Head of Operations is part of a team of senior Managers and Clinical Leaders working collectively across the Care Services directorate to ensure that high quality care is consistently delivered in all our clinical services.Working autonomously in our Services, they play a vital role working in close partnership with a Clinical Lead for the Services they manage; enabling staff and building effective relationships with stakeholders and commissioners - developing services to meet the needs of the population we serve. This would also include working closely with the two Provider Collaboratives that commission the two CYPS in-patient services across Leeds and York and NHSE with the National Deaf CAMHS Service covering the North of England.
