We are currently partnering with an established Law Firm who have been practicing for 35-years, who are recruiting for a permanent L&D Officer to join their team in Birmingham. The role is full time, offering a salary between £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, and the start date will be subject to notice. The desired candidate will have experience working for a legal firm or in a corporate service environment. Duties include (but not limited to): Implementing a continuous training program for existing staff Providing regular training to all staff on the in-house Case Management System Assisting with induction training and playing a key role in the employee onboarding experience, optimising the performance of new hires Developing, designing, and updating training materials to support effective training Creating and designing training content for the LMS & Learning programs Skills / experience required: Proficient IT skills Excellent communication and relationship building with internal and external partners Strong organisational skills Confidence in presenting information Rewards & Benefits: Pension Scheme Health cash plan for workplace wellbeing Employee referral bonus Up to 33 days' paid leave per year Christmas Shutdown Working hours: Monday - Friday Muti-site travel Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
