This is a one-year paid internship June 2025-June 2026 To provide business administrative support to the OPEL Medical affairs Team In collaboration with OPEL Medical lead support medical and scientific initiatives necessary to achieve specific product related business objectives Perform medical affairs activities related to a specific pharmaceutical product or scientific purpose Deliver activities based on sound scientific evidence or well-established clinical practice in collaboration with responsible Medical lead in adherence to high ethical standards Support the dissemination of the most current scientific and medical knowledge relevant to their therapeutic area. Hiring Requirements Support the Medical Affairs team with: Administration Purchase requisitions New and existing supplier accounts administration as needed Manage and investigate supplier queries Contract and agreement development (Ariba) Support Medical leads with: Development of Medical training materials and presentations Arrangements in preparation for Continuous Medical Educational Programs, Ad boards and Symposia To perform medical affairs activities, internally and externally, in compliance with applicable global, regional and local SOP and regulatory requirements Support medical and scientific initiatives in Business Unit and brand teams including customer facing activities e.g. product and scientific information, scientific and educational meetings, formulary committees, expert groups etc To develop, support and perform compliant pre-launch and post-launch medical activities and medical projects related to non-marketed and marketed products including internal and external educational activities, and evidence generation.
