Office Administrator (Maternity Cover) You will work closely with businesses throughout the entire spectrum of the supply chain to ensure the smooth passage of goods for our customers. Full training will be provided. Flexibility with working pattern is required in relation to this role. Responsibilities and duties include: Answering phone/emails in a professional manner, resolving queries where possible or providing clear information to the wider team to enable resolution Providing full administrative support to the company and its staff Ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis Dealing with letters, emails and other correspondence to ensure that great service is provided at all times Helping with processing paperwork around the business, including filing, queries, reporting and requests for information from around the business Monitoring and tracking all projects, applications and ensuring deadlines are kept to, and ensuring the communication between office and client and team members is maintained. Essential Criteria: Naturally comfortable on the phone, handling a range of information, to ensure an excellent customer experience - every time Previous administration experience (essential) 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C (Maths & English). Proficient in Microsoft Packages and IT systems Ability to multitask and work as part of a team to ensure prompt completion of work Strong communication skills.
