Cover classes across Year 3, Year 4, Year 5, and Year 6 as required. Adapt quickly to different school environments and maintain positive classroom management. Follow lesson plans provided by the school and ensure continuity of learning. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback where necessary. Build strong relationships with staff, pupils, and parents to create a positive learning experience. Required Skills and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an Early Career Teacher (ECT). Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 and knowledge of the National Curriculum. Previous experience as a Class Teacher or Supply Teacher in a Primary School. Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different classroom settings. Strong classroom management skills and excellent communication.
