The HR Administrator will be responsible to support our resourcing and SIA Licencing team in the complete admin processes as well as other general HR activities. We are looking for someone who is up for a challenge, has good IT skills, process information quickly and effectively to achieve our targets, and has the determination in delivering an effective recruitment service to the CIS Operational Management Team. Ideal experience in administration, preferably within a HR, Recruitment or people operations environment. Strong communication skills both verbal and written with an approach to support individuals. Ability to work collaboratively within the HR team and across the organisation, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude. Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with great attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure while managing shifting priorities. Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills. Good timekeeping & attendance. Key Responsibilities: Provide thorough recruitment support and administration to the HR department. Process all HR and recruitment-related administration within agreed timescales while delivering excellent customer service. Preparation of HR reports within the specific timeframe and attending internal and external meetings when required Accountabilities: Resourcing Maintain spreadsheets with daily updates. Conduct Identity, Right to Work, DBS checks for all new starters. Update the recruitment platforms. Send candidate offers and contract of employment. Send and manage internal job adverts. Process contract amendment letters. Process colleague reference letters. Posting adverts on job boards. Attend recruitment fairs & assessment days. Maintain accurate records of all interviews and feedback. SIA Licencing Management of the SIA licensing process. Monitor licence renewals via the Licence Management portal and HR task management system. Process all new and renewal licenses within the expiry date timescale. Liaise with the Security Industry Authority for any licence queries. Support with CIS staff with any queries they may have with the processing of their licenses. Provide accurate data to the payroll department. Submit licensing statistical data for the senior management report. So, who we are looking for?
