Advocacy and Liaison: Advocate for clients’ rights and needs, liaising with external agencies, health services, and community resources to ensure holistic care. Crisis Intervention and Safeguarding: Respond to crises promptly, safeguarding vulnerable adults by assessing risks and implementing appropriate interventions.
