We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Telford. This role is pivotal in driving the alignment of our people strategy with our business objectives, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a thriving, engaged workforce. In your role as HRBP, you will actively contribute to realizing our Group’s ambitions by partnering with business leaders to align people’s strategies with organizational objectives. You will provide expert operational HR support, act as a coach and advisor, and champion a people-centric mindset within a dynamic and evolving environment. Your Mission Provide operational HR support to local teams, working closely with HR Services & Solutions and Talent Management departments Partner with managers to evaluate and enhance organizational effectiveness, identifying and developing key capabilities, behaviors, and structures Design and influence organizational structures aligned with business strategies and Group principles Ensure the right talent is in the right roles, leveraging internal development programs and external recruitment to meet current and future needs Identify strategic competencies and key position requirements, driving succession planning initiatives Act as a coach and advisor, inspiring and engaging employees and managers to embrace cultural and behavioral transformation Promote process improvements and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction Partner closely with Talent Management to drive performance management, leadership development, and career planning Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and union interactions, ensuring alignment with local legislation and organizational policies Your Profile Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related fields (Humanistic or Economical focus) 5-10 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Manager, with expertise in HRM processes and employment law Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking capabilities and strong focus on leveraging HR data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and shape strategic initiatives. Experience in organizational design and transformation with the ability to drive meaningful change Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with a results-oriented approach Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage teams at all levels Experience in managing and contributing to national and international projects within a structured, multi-national organization
